XO Wave: Songs 4 Bugs Form

This page is for submitting bug reports as part of our Songs 4 Bugs program.

Please note that file uploads are limited to 2mb. If you have larger files than that, just make a note and we will e-mail you to ask for the larger files. The Log or Error Report is probably the most useful thing to us, so please be sure to include it if you've got one!

Note that only current versions are eligible for Songs 4 Bugs.

Mac OS System Configuration: From System Profiler, select File:Save
XO Wave Edition:
Short Problem Description: A one-line description of the problem
Log or Error Report (if appropriate): Appears on desktop or home directory after crash. Can also be generated by selecting Help:Save Report
Session File or Other Attachment (if needed): Session file is the .xo file in your session folder.
Frequency: How often does the problem occur

Detailed Description: Please describe what occurred. For example, if you got an error message, please describe the message and exactly what it said. If something did not behave as expected, please describe both what you expected to happen and what actually happened.

Hardware: Please describe your computer and any relevant audio devices. If you submitted a System Configuration file above, please just tell us what audio or CD hardware you were using. Otherwise, we need to know, at the very least, the model, amount of RAM, processor, and operating system version.

Steps to Reproduce Problem: Please describe what steps you took before you encountered the problem. If you need to submit any additional information, such as session files, please say so and we will contact you. Note that if we cannot duplicate the problem, we will not be able to fix it or consider it for out Songs 4 Bugs program. Please also mention if you have been able to repeat the problem.
